1. Purpose

Womenice Global Foundation is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, accountability, and respect in its relationships with donors.

This Donor & Donation Policy explains how Womenice Global Foundation accepts and manages charitable contributions and how we seek to protect the interests and privacy of our donors.

2. About Womenice Global Foundation

Womenice Global Foundation is a U.S. nonprofit organization recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity.

The Foundation works to empower women and youth through leadership development, entrepreneurship, education, innovation, inclusion, mentorship, and related programs and initiatives.

3. Acceptance of Donations

Womenice Global Foundation welcomes charitable contributions from individuals, foundations, corporations, institutions, and other lawful sources whose values and activities are consistent with the Foundation's mission.

Donations may be made through the donation methods made available on our official website or through authorized fundraising and payment platforms.

Womenice Global Foundation reserves the right to decline or return a donation when accepting it could:

• Conflict with our mission or values;

• Create an inappropriate or legally prohibited obligation;

• Create a conflict of interest;

• Place unreasonable restrictions on the Foundation;

• Create significant administrative or financial burdens; or

• Otherwise be inconsistent with applicable laws or our policies.

4. Use of Donations

Unless a donation is expressly accepted as a restricted contribution, donations are treated as unrestricted charitable contributions and may be used where they are most needed to advance Womenice Global Foundation's charitable mission.

Funds may support programs, educational initiatives, leadership development, entrepreneurship, inclusion initiatives, technology, community activities, fundraising, administration, communications, and other legitimate activities necessary to achieve the Foundation's mission.

Womenice Global Foundation seeks to use donor contributions responsibly and in accordance with applicable nonprofit laws and regulations.

5. Restricted Donations

Womenice Global Foundation may accept donations designated for a specific program, campaign, project, or purpose when the Foundation determines that the restriction is appropriate and administratively feasible.

A donor should not assume that a designation will be accepted unless it has been expressly confirmed by Womenice Global Foundation.

If a specified program or project is completed, discontinued, or becomes unable to use the restricted funds as originally intended, Womenice Global Foundation will seek to use the funds in a manner consistent with the donor's charitable intent and applicable law.

6. Donor Privacy

Womenice Global Foundation respects the privacy of its donors.

We do not sell, rent, or trade donor personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Donor information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to process donations, maintain records, operate our website, comply with legal requirements, prevent fraud, or administer Foundation activities.

7. Donor Recognition

Unless otherwise agreed, donations do not create any right to control or direct the Foundation's activities, programs, governance, or operations.

9. Refunds and Donation Corrections

10. No Improper Benefit

Donations are intended to support Womenice Global Foundation's charitable mission.

A donation does not entitle a donor to preferential treatment, personal financial benefit, ownership, control, or influence over the Foundation.

Womenice Global Foundation will not accept contributions in exchange for an improper benefit or arrangement that conflicts with its charitable purpose or applicable law.
