Womenice Global Foundation is a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, youth, professionals and emerging leaders through mentorship, leadership development, education, entrepreneurship, inclusion and digital transformation.

Our mission is to develop leaders who transform communities.

Our vision is to create 7 million female and youth leaders by 2050, empowering the next generation to drive innovation, advance inclusion, strengthen communities and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable world.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Tânia Tomé is an internationally acclaimed speaker, bestselling author, leadership expert, and social entrepreneur whose work has inspired audiences across more than 22 countries. She is the author of more than seven books, including the internationally recognized Succenergy®️ leadership methodology. Her books and leadership framework have been studied by Master's and PhD students at universities, incorporated into academic research, and used by teachers and secondary schools as learning resources, recommended texts, and examination materials in different countries. She serves as a Judge for the American Business Awards®️ and made history as the first African and Lusophone woman appointed President of the Global Women in Business Awards Judging Committee. She has been recognized among the 100 Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD), an initiative recognized by the United Nations, and continues to champion inclusive leadership, entrepreneurship, and the economic empowerment of women and youth worldwide.
