Our programs and initiatives act as catalysts for transformation, equipping individuals and communities with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to achieve their goals and lead meaningful change. 2026 Flagship Project: Inclusion Advocacy Initiative In 2026, Womenice is advancing a global Inclusion Advocacy Initiative dedicated to promoting equitable participation, visibility, and leadership opportunities for women, youth, persons with disabilities, and individuals with albinism. Through advocacy campaigns, leadership dialogues, mentorship programs, and talent platforms, we aim to build inclusive ecosystems where diversity is recognized as strength and leadership reflects the communities it serves.

THE MELANIN CAMPAIGN FOR INCLUSION

A global initiative founded by Tânia Tomé to combat prejudice against albinism and colorism, promote diversity, and celebrate human dignity.
